Belleville is home to a successful, 20-year experiment in fusion cooking and natural wine tasting in this lovely and packed little bistro. Le Baratin's Argentinian-born chef, Raquel Carena, serves up delicious dishes – spiced just right – and for a great price. The lunch prix-fixe menu is only around 15€, and dinner is under 30. You'll want to drink more than water with your meal, however, so don't skimp on the wine tasting, with hundreds of wines to choose from!
