Learn how to taste wine

Learn all about what France is most famous for. An interesting alternative to the thousands of art museums in the city.

Every Saturday at Paris's wine museum, the Musee du Vin, there are wine tasting classes to teach amateurs about one of France's best claims to fame. Classes are in French unless you book with a group and take place on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. or from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. according to the course. During the 2-hour session you will learn about the theory and practice of wine tasting. The 8.50-euro admission includes a booklet about the history of wine and even a glass of wine for tasting. Participants are asked not to wear perfume or after-shave.
